It's a great dishwasher but feels slightly cramped inside. The lower rack has the same spacing and dividers throughout unlike my previous dishwasher so can't decide if that's makes it easier or harder to know where to put things. The upper rack can only be lowered if there are no dinner plates below.

Its a good price, and it works as expected. We found that the legs it stands on are quick flimsy, so if you need to raise it quite high to clear the kick board it gets a little wobbly. You also can't fit pint size glasses in the top tray without lowering it. However lowering it means that the bottom tray doesn't fit regular sizes dinner plates overall it's doesn't bother us that much as you have a lot more space in the bottom tray for glasses because the cutlery is in it's own tray, so we are happy. I probably wouldn't recommend for a bigger household though !

This product fails its primary purpose as a dishwasher. Mugs and glasses and cutlery often do not clean properly. After every wash you will need to be checking the insides to make sure they actually cleaned and don’t end up with a layer of caked on schmutz. Something I would expect from a 5 year old dishwasher not a brand new one. The door hinges are also very awkward to adjust, with it slamming up if not held down. The instructions are not clear how to adjust the tension on the door hinges. Both AO and Hisense have not been able to help us so far and it’s been 2 months. Holding it down whilst loading was creating bruises all up my shins. Doing the dishwasher has become a 2 person job. One to hold the door and one to actually use the dishwasher. We have not had any problems with the lower tray, the upper tray is easy to lower or raise, and the auto opening feature has also worked okay.

Good product but the instructions weren’t the easiest to read
