This is a fantastic machine, powerful and lightweight, perfect for my partner who struggled our hefty old pipe vacuum. This vacuum sucks up so much dirt, from what initially looks like a clean floor the amount of dirt it collects is amazing and the can of freshener leaves the room smelling fresh too. Lots of tools for all sorts of nooks and crannys and insure this will be perfect for the car too.

Excellent product much better than the other vacuum cleaner we had

We have two double coated Alaskan Malamute dogs so a very good vacuum is essential. The Shark is excellent and this purchase replaces a previous Shark Stratos that is about 2.5 years old. Unfortunately that older shark handle and stem is falling apart. I would give 5 stars except the warranty is not great. Any fault is classed as fair wear and tear and the only way we could get replacement parts is to buy them. Given it has a 5 year warranty this is not great. We always had Dyson prior to Shark and Dyson has a far better warranty from a repair perspective. However the Shark performance and suction is excellent and I recommend it on that basis. I personally made the decision to get a new vacuum rather than spend over one hundred pounds on replacement parts .

This is a good vacuum cleaner. Pretty good suction, light and compact and easy to charge, Can't say the anti-odour plugin has a noticeable impact. It will manage tidying up most rooms in our 4-bed house on one charge. Haven't done any deep cleaning though. Haven't had it long enough to judge robustness, only time will tell. All in all, though, a useful little cleaner.
