We replaced an old Neff which had lasted 15+ years with the latest model. The fit was perfect and we are very happy with the size of the fridge and freezer compartments. Only point worth noting is that the shelves in the door start higher up due to the large salad drawer. Would have preferred lower/more shelving in the door.

Delivery and installation were excellent. The fridge freezer is fine so far. Runs very quietly. For an expensive product I was slightly disappointed with the lack of accessories such as a bottle rack, extra fridge shelf and ice tray shelf. My last, (cheaper) fridge freezer came with these, but then it broke after only 3 years. Time will tell if it’s reliable but I chose this mainly as it had a 5 year guarantee. This was a limited time offer which to be honest I would expect as standard for a product with a premium price like this.
