Had Bosch KIN32A50GB/02 for 12 years, never had a problem, and absolutely loved it until it died !! Now have KIN85NFE0G/01 which was your only option for the 50/50 existing cabinet. On door arrangement awful. I can’t lift bottles out of the high bottle shelf, (I’m 78), so will have to buy smaller bottles, which is more expensive. (I can only lie them down on the shelves while unopened, taking up half a shelf, otherwise they leak.) Old appliance had 4 shelves, this only has 3, similarly on the door, only 2 now, where I did have 4 which means the first thing I have to do is buy an extra shelves and ditch the bottle shelf. Space is actually lost on the bottom shelf because, as the door closes, the bottle shelf pushes everything back 3 inches, so getting rid of that will give back this extra 3 inches. Extra parts to get the approximately the same storage capacity as in my previous model will cost £38.47. I don’t particularly like the huge fresh food drawer, I always kept my veg and salad separate, but that’s just personal preference. I’m sure I could install some kind of divider. The freezer section appears to be unchanged – Hooray! As I hope you can tell, I have taken some considerable time assessing the new configuration and working out how I can resolve it to my satisfaction. I wish I’d bought the competitor brand for half the price. This is identical to the review I left on the Bosch site.
