    Great product. We had a Candy Washing machine before and this is a lot quieter compared with that. In terms of washing, the clothes feel really clean. The drying function works great. The clothes sometimes need to be left on an airer to dry completely but the majority of items are dry ready for ironing. The water in our house is high pressure and the drying function adds a blast of water every 20 seconds to the machine. This cause the pipes to bang. Not the machines fault but a quick trip to Screwfix to buy a Water Hammer Arrestor fixed this.

    Good washer but poor instructions. The dryer needs a bit of working out if you want to avoid lengthy drying times. We are succeeding with this and being rewarded with good drying in reasonable times. Just needs a bit of logic.

      We want you to get up and running straight away with your new appliance, which is why our expert team will connect your new item to your water pipes and make sure everything is working properly. Connecting it yourself? Make sure you remove the transit bolts. These will make a loud rattling sound if they’re left in place when you run a cycle.

      If you’ve bought a new appliance but you don’t want us to connect it for you, all you’ll need to do is disconnect your old one and empty it, ready for us to pick up.

      If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.

      The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

      Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.
