    Samsung is better than NEFF!

    Purchased to replace a NEFF warming drawer. The NEFF product was poorly designed and unreliable - the heater in the glass floor of the NEFF failed and rendered the unit beyond economical repair (2 brand new units were purchased in the space of 5 years). The Samsung was a drop in replacement, has no visible maker’s logo, and blends in perfectly with the other NEFF units. It is a much simpler, straightforward design and works extremely well. Hopefully, it will prove to have a long working life.

    Ok, it’s not the most exciting product only being a plate warmer tray but none the less we’re very happy with it. It has a lovely black glass front and 2 settings and matches the Infinity Range.

      If you’ve bought a new appliance but you don’t want us to connect it for you, all you’ll need to do is disconnect your old one, empty it and place it by the entrance of your property, ready for us to pick up. Or, if you’ve ordered our connection service with a new appliance, we’ll disconnect your old one for you.

      If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. However, as we won’t be able to come into your home to disconnect it, you’ll need to make sure it’s by the entrance to your property, ready for us to pick up. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.

      The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

      Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.
