    I love it, and love the service too! I was in desperate need of a new machine and ordered at lunch time Saturday, had a wash load in by 7.45am Sunday. Couldn’t be happier with it all ??

    Stopped working after a month

    This stopped working after a month so really disappointed. It was quiet but for me, the spin never left the clothes as dry as previous machines but maybe this was due to a fault from the start. It didn’t feel as robust as previous machines I have had and cover panel at the bottom very flimsy. I also didn’t feel this was good as other machines I’ve had at removing stains from clothes and getting them really clean, considering it’s anti stain. Again this may just be where my machine was a faulty one?

    Lovely hot point washing machine 10kg

    Very quiet machine with a large 10kg drum. 1200rpm max spin which is plenty to help dry clothes. Seems well built and has lots of washing options. There’s nothing I don’t like about this machine so far. It is exactly what I wanted and ordered.

    This is the best washing machine I have ever bought. So efficiently washes everything and it's very quiet too. And it's intelligent to adjust washing time based on the load in the machine. Would definitely recommend this to everyone

Connecting it yourself? Make sure you remove the transit bolts. These will make a loud rattling sound if they’re left in place when you run a cycle.

      If you’ve bought a new appliance but you don’t want us to connect it for you, all you’ll need to do is disconnect your old one and empty it, ready for us to pick up.

      If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.

      The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

      Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.
