    So far we used it only to prepare protein shakes, but by the look of it it will be good for fruit,veg and other ingredients too! Adjustable speed settings help with regardless whatever you are blending. The only confusing thing is there is no start/stop button and you turn it on by just firmly pressing the container to the base. Hopefully this will not cause the mechanism to break prematurely. Overall good quality and easy to use, clean and maintain. A*
