This was a replacement for our 12 year old Samsung fridge freezer. We wanted to maintain the same features as before - bar door in the fridge and an ice and water dispenser in the freezer. This was the nearest we could find to the original Samsung. Having never heard of Hisense, it was bit of a gamble. However, initial impressions are favourable. The bar door is a valuable feature for getting milk out without opening the main door. Some reviews mention the stiffness of this door but we haven’t found this. The fridge freezer is quiet. The ice and water dispenser both work well, the ice cubes are quite small compared with those from the Samsung but are easier to fit into a water bottle or flask. Internally the fittings work well, with plenty of small shelves in the door of the fridge- very useful for small jars etc. & the wire bottle holder in the main body of the fridge is a valuable addition. The drawers slide in and out easily. Perhaps overall the external fabric of the unit is a little flimsy, not the quality of the Samsung and the handles are not as robust as the Samsung either but time will tell. One downside, is that the water filter is not fitted internally but low down at the back of the unit. This means that when the water filter needs changing ( every six months) the entire unit needs to be pulled out. Our fitter took the kick board off the adjacent unit, which meant the filter could be fitted there, much easier to change. Phew! Very happy with this item so far, thank you..

Plenty of features for the money and quiet running. Worst problem is the small square door which gives access to the “bar.” On our model it requires a lot of pressure to release and reset the catch, meaning that it is simpler and easier to open the main fridge door than struggle with the mechanism. Only time will tell how reliable the unit will prove to be in the long run!

So far so good . Fridge freezer is so much quieter than my last one . Really liking the extra room in both the freezer and fridge compartments with the split doors compared to the freezer draws in the last one . Love the plumbed in fresh water ,ice cubes and crushed ice which brings me to the drinks door , really think it's a good idea ,using it all the time for either a little glass of wine or topping up the milk container for the coffee mashine . The air circulation is definitely keeping my fruit and salad fresher for longer . Looks great in stainless steel ??

Very stylish, great features. Ice maker in the door gives lots of space in the Freezer. Bought at a competitive price!
