Absolutely LOVE our new fridge/freezer! Had our old one for 15 years, and should have replaced it with this at least 5 years ago! So spacious, easy ice and water, and works perfectly. Looks so nice too. AO came and brought it in perfectly, despite some entry challenges. No damage to product, and placed where old one was, and old one removed. Can’t rate AO highly enough for all they do

The product itself is great, as per other reviews. However, mine developed a minor problem (water would not feed the ice maker though it flowed fine through the fresh water spout) and this started a three month support nightmare. The companies HiSense sent for the issue (We Repair and then Pacifica) are hopelessly incompetent. Their technicians did not show up; when they did they were either clueless about the issue or unacceptably rude (in one case I was concerned about my physical safety), or both. HiSense ended up replacing the whole fridge, which was a major issue for me as I needed to dismantle furniture which took me a whole day, simply because the Pacifica technician would not try hard enough to unscrew a tight screw and would accept my offer of professional tools to do it. I spent countless hours on the phone with HiSense, Pacifica and We Repair, and stayed home eight times for technician visits. A disgrace. I will never buy HiSense again, not because of the products (I have this fridge and a washing machine, both very good appliances) but because of the service. Incidentally, AO was perfect throughout.

Comparison to the outgoing Bosch unit this is remarkably quiet! Ideal for our purposes, loads room and it stays cold. Like the ice and water dispenser.

Excellent product, plenty of internal space for both freezer and Fridge areas.

Works well. Fairly quiet, good ice machine. Door trays a bit flimsy though. Nice to have handles on the door rather than the current fashion of having to reach into a recess.
