I’m a pensioner who easily gets annoyed trying to figure out technology … but this was a breeze … it’s just made so simple , plug and play and connect to tv blue tooth ..l found the sound amazing , you can change the sound to what you’re watching or if you’re gaming … the most amazing part of this is the voice option , where it’s only really the voice you’ll hear from the programme instead of loud back ground sounds … I would recommend any who’s looking to buy sound system that this one is perfect ?? …So glad I purchased this , well worth the money too

Products fail to connect via Blue Tooth.

Products seem Ok but I have spent up to 10 hours to get the TV to play through the Sound Bar, including about 3 hours on the phone to either AO or the two product manufacturers and still cannot get them to connect via Blue Tooth. Both Manufacturers are saying it is the others fault!!
In this regard the backup support is most disappointing!
