    Really pleased with the hob, we switched from gas and it has exceeded our expectations. Very responsive, even heat distribution and the knobs make it very quick and easy to adjust the temperature.

    Does exactly what it says on the tin

    You will not notice that this cooker is in your kitchen. It will heat your food and do absolutely nothing else. It won't switch itself off, beep at you, or suddenly become unresponsive- hence the 5 stars.

    Excellent hob, so much easier to use with proper control knobs, than annoying touch screens. The display shows the heating level, and each one can be set for extra fast heating, or turned down to a gentle simmer. Automatically cuts off if a pan is removed, and the display indicates if any of the rings are hot e.g. after removing a hot pan, the ring surface will be hot for a while. Easy to clean, and a ridge stops any spilt liquids reaching the control knobs.

      Get your new hob fitted the same day it’s delivered. Our engineers will disconnect your old appliance before getting your new one set up. We'll give your new appliance a full health check to ensure it’s safe and ready to use straight away.

      If you’ve bought a new appliance but you don’t want us to connect it for you, all you’ll need to do is disconnect your old one, empty it and place it by the entrance of your property, ready for us to pick up. Or, if you’ve ordered our connection service with a new appliance, we’ll disconnect your old one for you.

      If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. However, as we won’t be able to come into your home to disconnect it, you’ll need to make sure it’s by the entrance to your property, ready for us to pick up. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.

      The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

      Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.
