The 115-litre electric oven runs Circulaire cooking, where two fans and their circular heating elements keep hot air moving around the cavity, so food cooks through faster and uses less energy than static top and bottom heating. Handy bonus, you can skip the preheat if the dish needs more than 20 minutes, and cook two things at once without flavours crossing over.

Eight functions cover the rest, from static heat for a fruit cake sitting in the centre of the oven to fan grilling, which softens the fierce heat of the grill element so sausages brown evenly rather than drying out. The thermostat runs from 50°C to 260°C, and halogen lamps light the shelves across all five positions. When the cooking is done, the Vapor Clean programme loosens baked-on spills with steam so the enamel lining only needs a wipe.
