very stylish excellent variety of oven settings

this is the second time that we got this model with the previous one having been in place for more than 20 years! It just looks awesome

Great cooker. Replaced a commercial device that didn't last very long at all. A much more appropriate cooker for our environment. In use in a community building where it sees a fair bit of use. All who use it are happy with it.

Love my new range cooks so quickly and well. Thought that being stainless steel, it might looks dirty all the time, but no with a wipe it is clean.

This product has not worked properly from the day it was installed. Despite Smeg Engineers coming to it 4 times now, AO continue to send me in circles with Smeg and themselves. The oven is great, but the stove rings are not. The centre ring fails to light repeatedly and when it does, it goes off repeatedly. Despite replacing parts, this continues to happen and Smeg denies it is faulty. AO won't replace the item unless Smeg say it is faulty, so I am caught in an endless cycle of issues. To date I have been told the reason for the ring not working properly is that I don't push the buttons hard enough (even though the other rings light fine), that the stove ring is not clean enough and my particular favourite.. that my pans are too large (normal size pans). Despite the fault being the same last the first fault - when they replaced the part.. Smeg refuse to admit they stove is faulty.. and AO won't replace the Oven unless Smeg say it's faulty. So the cycle continues. My honest advice, having now been dealing with this sine June 2022, is don't buy this oven and don't buy from Smeg or AO. Some of the staff I have dealt with at AO are brilliant, but they are unable to step outside the ridiculous circular rules that mean you don't get anywhere when an issue arises. The management I have spoken to also fail to see the craziness of being told that certain pans are too big for the stove - which isn't detailed on the information AO list.

Absolutely love the design and functionality. Looks incredible in my new kitchen. Easy to register for two year warranty on product via Smeg
