I am so disappointed with this dryer. It takes forever to dry clothes and bedding in it. The only setting that gets clothes anything near dry is the 'Hygiene Dry' super setting and even then I still have to put bedding in the airing cupboard to fully dry. My bedding comes out of the dryer in a very tight knot that is hard to get undone, with the centre of the knot still soaking wet after a long dry. As a result I have to dry bedding in 2 loads so it takes me all day to dry it! I replaced a £300 dryer that was brilliant with this very expensive dryer that simply does not dry my clothes, so I am not impressed with it at all and I would not recommend it. I have also been unable to connect it to the app.

We bought this to replace a different brand that was old and too expensive to invest in repairs for. Miele really do think on their design when developing their products. The double set of fine filters, quiet running, sturdy build and great drying make this dryer worth the extra money. The optional fragrance pods you can plug in that boost the fragrance of your newly washed clothes are a great idea too. The strength setting can be adjusted and they last for multiple drys. Overall with 5 of us in the home this machine was definitely worth the investment.

So glad I bought this tumble dryer. A friend had recommended it and I eventually decided that even though my previous Miele tumble dryer was still going after at least 15 years of family use, a condenser would be better in our new, smaller home. It’s so quick and quiet and costs so little to run, I think nothing of using it for every wash. Definitely think it’s money well spent.

Easy to use - although I won’t be using the WI-FI option. Quite & well made as are all Miele appliances. My last Miele tumble dryer lasted 24 years . It was used a lot.

Absolutely fabulous. Build quality is so good, no more flimsy door and drawer. Love the fragrance flacon, I always find that half the scent from the softener comes out during the dry, but with this model the scent is infused throughout so everything comes out smelling lovely (plus being squeaky clean!) Love how it pairs perfectly with my Miele W1 Washer - and even knows how much washing I've done, and so how long to dry it for.

The dryer is super quiet and the laundry is fresh and dry at the end of the cycle.the water collector is larger than my previous machine, is more economical to run and is pleasing on the eye for a tumble dryer. Great product :-)
