    Great appliance! This was not the most affordable washer-dryer out there but certainly worth the money. It has a variety of programmes for both washing and drying and I love the wifi connectivity which means I get a notification on my phone when a cycle ends. The appliance is relatively quiet and looks good too.

    I used to have a regular size washing machine and the amount of washing this one can do in one go is a revelation. Finding space to dry it all is the challenge! I haven’t explored all the washing options yet, but the app I very useful for keeping an eye on progress. I can see how some people might find the finishing tune annoying but I quite like it and I think you can switch it off in the app anyway. All in all, very pleased.

      We want you to get up and running straight away with your new appliance, which is why our expert team will connect your new item to your water pipes and make sure everything is working properly. Connecting it yourself? Make sure you remove the transit bolts. These will make a loud rattling sound if they’re left in place when you run a cycle.

      If you’ve bought a new appliance but you don’t want us to connect it for you, all you’ll need to do is disconnect your old one and empty it, ready for us to pick up.

      If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.

      The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

      Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.
