Great washing machine, quiet and effective even on a short wash. Great to have the "add to wash" feature. Would recommend, reasonably priced too

Excellent washer/dryer machine very quite and easy to use. Does a great job of drying clothes with no need to iron everything.

Good machine. Easy to plumb in and level. Can be quite loud if it spins are unbalanced. Best thing is up can setup how long you want items to dry so I can balance energy usage and dryness level for hanging out indoors. If you let it do a full dry cycle, clothes do come out dry. Drying does does take a long time for a full load but the 60wash and dry is great for quick washes. No leaks so far and hopefully will last the distance.

We bought this to replace our unreliable Samsung machine and are really happy with it. From programming and cleaning this is a really nice product and we are glad we chose this of all the machines we could have gone for.

This is a great washer/dryer and overall I'm really pleased with my upgrade. I had read some reviews where others said it was a noisy machine, but I think it is very quiet. I took the time to install the noise-dampening foam strips to the underside, doing so is worth the effort. I have it installed in the utility room next door to my kitchen- with the kitchen door closed I can't hear it running at all. The standard wash cycles are fairly long, but there are many options to experiment with/ choose from and there are express cycles that are a lot quicker. Taking the time to learn from the user manual (what each setting does) is recommended. I am happy with the drying cycles, everything I've pulled out of this thing so far has been ready for folding/putting away. I did come across a small issue when I was setting it up for the first time. The water hose leaked when I connected it to the water pipe on the wall. I contacted the manufacturers support and they were great, polite and helpful although they did take their time in getting an engineer to contact me. I ended up figuring out the issue and resolving the matter by myself so I didn't need any further help. Essentially the hose needed an additional rubber washer/seal where the hose screws onto the water pipe. Picked one up from a local hardware store, the machine has been running perfectly since.
