    Upgraded from a 7kg washer/4kg dryer that died, and the larger drum size here makes all the difference. A bit frustrating that there seems to be more options in the app than available through the panel on the washer/dryer, e.g. Silent mode. But otherwise very happy with it.

    An aesthetically pleasing product that performs very well. The washing and drying cycles are both fast and effective. We couldn't believe how quiet and stable the machine is, even when spinning heavy towels. All in all, very good value for money.

    Great product with great feature. The dosing feature works great takes the guess work out of cleaning products. The number of options is mind boggling the app allows us to set programmes while we are out... no more coming home to wet clothes. On tip of that it is so quiet we hardly hear hear it and it looks sleek and modern.

    Avoid Bosch Washer Dryers – Overpriced and Unreliable

    We bought this one of the most expensive Series 8 washer dryer models just two months ago, so it’s practically brand new. Out of nowhere, it just stopped working. When we contacted Bosch customer service, we were told the earliest available time for a technician was two weeks away! For the price we paid, I would expect far better reliability and prompt support. We purchased all of our home appliances from Bosch, never again! This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I’d recommend steering clear of Bosch products if you want quality and reliable service.

      We want you to get up and running straight away with your new appliance, which is why our expert team will connect your new item to your water pipes and make sure everything is working properly. Connecting it yourself? Make sure you remove the transit bolts. These will make a loud rattling sound if they’re left in place when you run a cycle.

      If you’ve bought a new appliance but you don’t want us to connect it for you, all you’ll need to do is disconnect your old one and empty it, ready for us to pick up.

      If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.

      The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

      Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.
