Looks great and very easy to use. Clothes come out smelling and looking very clean.

It's very quiet, well designed and the I-DOS function is very useful, but you can only add or remove 30 mins to any of the tumble programmes (meaning it tumbles for a lot longer that I would want, and I end up with creased dry clothes, when I would prefer slightly damp by uncreased), the programmes are limited (given you can use an app, it should be much more configurable, esp. at this price point), and the I-DOS app does not recognise Fairy Non-bio, which is disappointing!

Loving it so far, although I do have two minor issues with it: 1- My detergent is not currently recognised by the i-dos technology. I got in touch with Bosch to tell them, they asked for pictures of the detergent (which I sent), and then just left me hanging, saying they'll let me know when/if they add it to their database. 2- The remote start feature is great, but you need to manually enable it on the machine by pressing the button first, which is completely stupid and defeats the purpose. It won't even remember it being on or off after turning it off... and if you think leaving it on is the answer, well, it automatically turns off when inactive for a few minutes. Other than that, it washes great, dries great too, and I love that it has a light inside so you can see how your clothes are doing. Very useful, especially when using dye!

Really pleased with this. It was in the Which magazine as the best buy, and it's excellent. Very quiet.

An excellent quiet washer dryer from Bosch with idos to automatically dispense the required amounts of detergent and fabric softener

Overall I really like the washer/dryer, and it's useful sometimes to be able to control it from my phone. Cleaning is great, though drying doesn't always get everything completely dry unless on extra dry mode (though that may just be a problem with washer dryers in general). My problem is that with the dryer, you have to select a programme; you can't, say, just put the towels in the dryer for an extra half hour. It seems like some of the added complexity has come at the expense of some simple tasks. Also, the remote start function disables itself every time the machine is turned off. And it turns itself off after a set amount of time. So unless I start a wash within an hour or two of leaving my home, then I can't do it. Useless. Instead I use the time delay so I can set it up before I leave.
