    So far so good. Very clever machine, Mrs has the app on her phone, I just like using old fashioned dial which is easy to do also. Only thing I would note is the width is bang on 600mm, most machines, other appliances say 600mm and are 5mm under. This is 600mm exact and slightly bulges at middle which made getting it into the space more difficult than usual

    Nice looking machine with lots of intelligence to help best manage your washing and energy usage. As expected integrates well with SmartThings app allowing for programming and monitoring from a smart phone. Relatively quiet operation. Quick start guide is very basic but works to get you started. Downloadable manual much more informative

    Cleans well but very expensive

    Great washing machine but I don’t feel it’s worth the price. Small clothing items still get stuck in the door. Good as it’s a large machine and the depth isn’t as great as the other 11 kg machines so it fits under the counter much better.

      We want you to get up and running straight away with your new appliance, which is why our expert team will connect your new item to your water pipes and make sure everything is working properly. Connecting it yourself? Make sure you remove the transit bolts. These will make a loud rattling sound if they’re left in place when you run a cycle.

      If you’ve bought a new appliance but you don’t want us to connect it for you, all you’ll need to do is disconnect your old one and empty it, ready for us to pick up.

      If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.

      The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

      Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.
