    Amazing value for such a great washing machine

    We bought this to replace an old machine that had finally given up. It has an excellent sized drum, is much quieter than the old one. Well made and was easy to set up the network connection. The app messages me when it's finished...Most importantly, it washes much faster and better than the old one, with reservoirs for the Washing liquid and Softener, that only uses what it needs to. Brilliant machine at a great price.

    I am delighted with my new machine. It is very quiet. There are lots of different settings for different fabrics, temperature and types of wash. The machine is very smart in looks. Highly recommend.

    Great upgrade for us. Installed by AO too. Smart features will hopefully save us money in the long run. A lot quieter than our last machine even on the fastest spin. And the 11kg drum is a dream!

    Excellent. Can’t fault it at all so far. Much quieter than our old machine and the AI setting seems to be saving a lot of energy. The auto dispenser function is also a great time saver. Very impressed.

    Simply the best

    After many years of owning a Samsung machine I would not buy any other make. Having brought up three children of our own & looked after many others these machines average 3 washes a day, this new washer is simply a refined version of the last. One great feature is the “tank” for liquid where the machine decides how much to use.

Connecting it yourself? Make sure you remove the transit bolts. These will make a loud rattling sound if they’re left in place when you run a cycle.

      If you’ve bought a new appliance but you don’t want us to connect it for you, all you’ll need to do is disconnect your old one and empty it, ready for us to pick up.

      If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.

      The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

      Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.
