A lot of different programs / options with little information about what each program / option does so some experimenting needed. Mostly using superspeed program which washes clothes well in under an hour. Some of the other programs (especially those using AI) can take nearer 3 hours. Very quiet and, most importantly, does what it's meant to - washes your clothes. I think 5-year warranty makes the price worth it.

Smart looking, easy to use, replaced my old integrated washing machine as this looks so sleek it doesn’t need to be hidden behind a cupboard. Using the AI wash and saving money due to less washing time and less soap needed due to the bubble making technology. Fantastic!

Recently purchased due to previous breaking down, wasn’t repairable so got full refund. Went for the Samsung Series A6+ more expensive but worth the extra, I can set via my mobile device or manually. This is very quiet compared to previous, lots of options, I use quick wash 15min mostly as only myself, my bedding I use 40min unless needing longer, longest used was 55min, I’ve used the steam wash on my towels came out great. Love the buzzer at end of wash. Takes a while to get used to the settings on machine, could do with better written instructions. I am disabled so I paid for it to be set up, they could have spent 5min explaining/showing how to use, the guys were very knowledgeable about the washer. I would highly recommend this washing machine especially if you have babies and use Terry Nappies not sure many use these days but I would have killed for this function when I had my children but all we had was a twin tub great machine for the 80’s but hard work. Only had it a short time, but it seems very good. It looks great and it's very quiet when it's on. Registering the warranty was simple, once I'd found the serial number (it was on a sticker with a QR code on the front of the machine rather than inside the door or on the back lick samsungs website had claimed).

Exceeded my expectations and I am (secretly) glad our old washing machine broke now! It is really quiet when turned on and even when spinning and draining the clothes it doesn't shake about like our last one did. I love the bubble soak option which allows extra time for the clothes to soak to help with stain removal which is great when having children. You can download an app on your smartphone which lets you turn the machine on and choose which cycle you want from your phone which is a bonus. Overall, very happy with our purchase and would recommend.
