    Price Match Guarantee

    We've extended our Price Match Guarantee to make your Christmas shopping even easier. Buy from 12th October and you can claim a price match any time up to 23rd December, giving you confidence to shop early. Orders placed on or after 12th December are covered by our standard 7-day price match guarantee from the date of delivery.

    We’re all looking for the best prices, even saving a couple of pounds can make a huge difference. That’s why we’ll match the price of your products if you find them cheaper somewhere else.

    Price Match Guarantee

    We'll price match any product we sell against any other retailer – we’ll even match discount codes and those all-important sales periods. Here’s what you need to do to you get the best price:

    • Give us a call on 0161 470 1100
    • Let our friendly team know the product code
    • Tell us where you spotted it
    • Let our AO'ers work their magic

    That’s it! We’ll need to confirm the price of the product, so make sure you’ve got a link to it to hand. The whole thing should only take a few minutes and you’ll save some money too. Winner winner!

    What if I've already bought my product?

    Extended Price Match Guarantee
    If the price of your product drops on our site or you see it cheaper with another retailer, you can claim a price match any time up to 23rd December. Orders placed on or after 12th December are covered by our standard 7-day price match guarantee from the date of delivery. Head to My Account, give us the details and submit your request using our super easy Price Match form. We'll happily refund the difference, which will appear in your bank account within 3-5 days. If you let us know after this point, we won't be able to match the price. T&C's apply.

    Standard Price Match Guarantee
    If the price of your product drops on our site or you see it cheaper with another retailer within 7 days of you receiving your order, let us know by heading to My Account. Just give us the details and submit your request using our super easy Price Match form. We’ll happily refund the difference, which will appear in your bank account within 3-5 days. If you let us know after those 7 days, we won't be able to match the price. T&C's apply.

    The important bits

    No confusing jargon here, just handy information you should know.

    • We match against the current price of our competitor’s product, so best to have details to hand before you call us
    • We only price match against websites from retailers based in the UK, selling UK products
    • The product on our competitor’s site needs to be exactly the same as the one on our site
    • The product must be available to order and pay for that same day
    • We don’t price match against in-store only deals, prices available only via memberships (including loyalty and reward schemes), AO Business or other trade sites
    • You can only make one Price Match claim per product purchased. Once a Price Match refund has been issued, no further Price Match claims can be made on that product.

    Please note that AO Membership prices are available exclusively to our members (including Switch24) – we therefore don’t offer our ‘Price Match Guarantee’ on membership discounts and deals.

    Our Price Match Guarantee doesn’t apply to products with pricing errors
