It uses SoftSpikes and a specially designed lower rack to safely hold delicate glassware in place during a wash cycle. Glass Protect
Surprisingly enough, the Glass Protect programme will take great care of your glasses. Once you’ve loaded up, it’ll use a lower temp and gentle water pressure to give them a top-notch clean. There are also some rubber bits in the lower rack to keep everything in place.

Miele have developed Perfect GlassCare technology that helps to protect and effectively clean your glassware. It ensures that the optimal water hardness is used so your glasses get a gentle wash and aren't worn down - perfect for the glasses that you save for those special occasions.
