first one delivered didnt work but AO got me a replacement sent ASAP. its a good little steamer, ideal for quick touch ups. Not as good as a proper iron but to be expected.

This hand held steamer is really handy. It saves my having to take out the ironing board, filling up the iron, waiting until the temperature is up.... this product is great. I simply hang up my dresses and blouses and use the hand steamer to do the job. Easy to store, easy to set up.
