We had a Bosch microwave that lasted 10 years so it was easy to decide on buying one again. Item arrived well packaged and on time. Straightforward instructions and easily installed. Looks really great with new features and works a treat!

I bought this as a replacement for my microwave that came to the end of its life. This being the latest model of my existing I assumed it would be basically the same. While it’s the same external dimensions- the inside is a lot smaller, this one has a touch pad to release/open the door which is quite slow and also doesn’t release every time. I also notice the door on this microwave is a little loose so you have to lift it slightly when closing to avoid the door closing on a weird angle. It’s not as good as my previous one- feels a lot flimsier and less robustly constructed.
