    great unit let down by poor design

    The operation and performance of the actual unit is very good. But I’m very disappointed by the unfinished left hand edge of the door - there should be a cover strip of some kind - and the flimsy and impossible to fit bottom plastic strip that hides the bottom of the unit. Just poor design I’m afraid that lets down an otherwise good product.

    Perfect replacement for our old Bosch microwave. Does eveything that you would expect and works well. Only negative is that the icons for the controls are a bit faint and difficult to see to some light. Efficiently installed by AO.com

      Get your new oven fitted the same day it’s delivered. Our engineers will disconnect your old appliance before getting your new one set up. We'll give your new appliance a full health check to ensure it’s safe and ready to use straight away.

      If you’ve bought a new appliance but you don’t want us to connect it for you, all you’ll need to do is disconnect your old one, empty it and place it by the entrance of your property, ready for us to pick up. Or, if you’ve ordered our connection service with a new appliance, we’ll disconnect your old one for you.

      If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. However, as we won’t be able to come into your home to disconnect it, you’ll need to make sure it’s by the entrance to your property, ready for us to pick up. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.

      The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

      Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.
