Excellent, high quality appliance. Looks great. It replaced a dual-fuel range and I am definitely now an induction hob convert. It’s superb - so fast and responsive with the added advantage of being effortless to keep clean. I love that control is by traditional knobs, rather than touchscreen, as is intuitive. The ovens preheat quickly and give very good results. Small oven is great for cooking for two. Cooling fan stays on quite a long time which is a little irritating - opening the door a little speeds it up! Manuals are very poor and even have errors regarding the available functions. 4 stars rather than 5 as I had issues with the hob from the start and didn’t rate Smeg’s Technical Support/Customer Service advice on it. One zone wouldn't work with certain pots (all magnetic) even though they worked on all other zones. I subsequently had issues with the Multizone. Smeg at first insisted it was my pots which didn’t make sense to me if working on 4 out of 5 zones. I reported back to AO (excellent!) and eventually an engineer was sent out by Smeg who confirmed that there was indeed a fault. I was within 30 days of delivery so opted for a new appliance - all has been great since!

So far it's been great, ovens accurate temps and a much more sturdy build than last cooker. Fantastic service from AO as well

Great product - obviously well made. Still early days but really happy with it. Hob heats quickly and efficiently as does the oven. One very tasty roast already cooked.

Looks great. Quality reflects the price tag,but should stand the test of time. Easy to fit. Still getting to grips with all the different oven settings but so far pleased with flexibility it provides
