Fast delivery, great communication, pity about the aftercare

There is a an issue with my oven. Unfortunately I had a terrible time trying to contact AO and the manufacturer. I spent around two hours holding on the phone only for the line to go dead time after time. I couldn't speak to anyone at AO, was just diverted to the manufacturer and had to wait in vain again. Resorted to making 'warranty claim' online which felt wrong as my oven was not right upon delivery - for my my issue is with AO. I now have to wait two weeks for someone to visit and hopefully repair my appliance.
