Cooking on gas gets a lot less hit-and-miss with this Bosch Serie 6 gas hob. FlameSelect® sets the flame at one of nine levels, so a rolling boil for pasta and a low simmer for a curry sauce are both a turn of the knob away. The central wok burner pushes 4000 Watts when you fancy a proper stir-fry, then drops right down again thanks to its dual flame. It fits into a 75-centimetre built-in cut-out, and the semi-continuous pan supports are small enough to go in your dishwasher.
