    Looks great and feels solid. Unfortunately I am still waiting for a gas fitter to run the pipe to it. A real pity AO were so unhelpful when I accidentally filled in the wrong delivery address (opposite my house ) and driver refused to do anything to get it to my address.

    Love it but the knobs are tricky to use and rings don’t always stay lit. I suspect it’s a safety feature.

    We had a very very old gas job that needed replacing and the Smeg five ring job was the only one that can close it size. Really nice product, looks smart and does the job. Only criticism would be that it isn’t obvious which dial relates to which ring… that can get a little confusing.

    Was so pleased to be able to replace my very old Smeg hob which was a tricky size. Assurance from Ao staff member was very reassuring. Very easy website and speedy delivery. Also installation and removal was first class.

      Get your new hob fitted the same day it’s delivered. Our Gas Safe registered engineers will disconnect your old appliance before getting your new one set up. We'll give your new appliance a full health check and supply an official gas safety certificate. There are a few things worth checking first - find out more on our helpful gas hob installation page.

      If you’ve bought a new appliance but you don’t want us to connect it for you, all you’ll need to do is disconnect your old one, empty it and place it by the entrance of your property, ready for us to pick up. Or, if you’ve ordered our connection service with a new appliance, we’ll disconnect your old one for you.

      If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. However, as we won’t be able to come into your home to disconnect it, you’ll need to make sure it’s by the entrance to your property, ready for us to pick up. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.

      The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

      Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.
