Cooking by numbers rather than by eye, this Neff built-in gas hob puts FlameSelect® on the dials, so the gas output at each of the 9 levels is set the same way every time. Handy when you want a fierce heat for a stir-fry one minute and a slow-reduced curry sauce the next. Four burners sit on cast iron supports across a 60cm tempered glass surface, and the rotary controls at the top front stay within easy reach. Nice and simple.
