Neff induction hob - looks fantastic with the black glass so sleek and easy to wipe over . We moved to induction from gas but remarkably easy to change to this is a plug and play model no hardwiring . Power up to level 9 is a fast boil , nice touches that when you lift the pan the hob recognises it . Very pleased - but have bought a cover for when not in use to avoid scratches

Great hob, took my old gas hob out and this electric one went straight in with no problems. The best thing was I could plug it straight in to the wall socket therefore did not need to call a spark

Bought this to replace previous similar Neff induction hob which gave nearly 20 years good service of daily, quite heavy usage. This hob differs by being frameless and heats up extremely quickly, especially with power boost , and only heating the area covered by the pan so no residual heat loss. It's very easy to use touch control and with no knobs or buttons, very easy to clean. It looks smart and almost invisible against our black granite worktop. Most of our appliances have been Neff and they've never let us down.

nice hob but not happy with the gap( 1.5mm) under the edge of the glass top to the counter top. This leaves a substantial dirt and germ trap.

We originally cheaped out about 2 years ago with a Candy ceramic hob, it barely heated the pans yet stayed hot for an hour after. It also broke, hence updating to this NEFF induction hob. I really wish we'd bought this induction hob instead. It's seriously quick to heat, it provides an instant and high heat. I can put a pan of cold water on the hob and have it boiling in 30 seconds. When turned off, it cools really quickly. Just a slight buzz when it's heating, but not annoying and usually drowned out by the extractor or bubbling pans anyway.
