Yep, keeping your number is really easy. You just need to ask your existing network provider for a PAC code by texting 67075. You’ll receive the PAC via text message and you’ll need to give it us when you order your SIM.

- What happens if I cancel my membership?
If you cancel your membership within your cooling off period, your discount for AO Mobile will end on the next billing cycle. If you cancel after that or have used any benefits with ao.com equal to or more than the cost of your £39.99 membership fee, your SIM discount will remain in place until the end of your membership.
- Will AO Mobile perform a credit check?
No, we don’t run a credit check for our SIM card, but we will check your identity using your bank account when you place your SIM order.
- Can I choose an eSIM instead of a physical SIM?
Yes, we offer both options during the ordering process.
- What phones are compatible with eSIMs?
The option to use an eSIM is available on lots of newer smartphones, including the most popular models from Apple, Samsung and Google, and some Motorola and Oppo.
