Coronavirus (COVID-19): A note to our customers

We’re still delivering to our customers safely. Since the latest Government advice, we’ve had to make a few changes. If you’re self-isolating then we’re now only able to deliver products to your doorstep. Otherwise, we’ll come into your home but only deliver to behind your main door. There are some exceptions – if you select our installation service, we’ll still deliver American Fridge Freezers and cooking products to any room in your property. If you need to rebook your delivery, either go to My Account, or contact us on 0161 470 1200 to talk to one of the AO team who’ll be happy to help you.

We deliver 7 days a week and have several free delivery options, but for a little extra you can pick a timeslot. Get everything from fridge freezers to dishwashers delivered exactly when you want them

Don’t think you’ll be in for delivery? No worries. You can get your order delivered to one of 7,000 locations with Click & Collect. We can’t drop off a washing machine at your local store, but smaller items are no problem. Just pick them up when you’ve got the time
